More than
your next shift.
01 Make changing hours feel simple.
Repeating patterns, reusable shift templates and one-off exceptions. View your rota by month, week or list.
02 Know what the extra hours add up to.
Record overtime, set your hourly rate and see gross estimates. Track leave without treating rest days as holiday.
03 Find the space for real life.
Put personal plans alongside shifts. Add a partner’s rota and compare free time. Household sharing uses explicit manual sync.

Do I need an account?
No. Build and use a rota on this device as a guest. You can create an account later and explicitly save your planner. If an account already has a cloud copy, it is not automatically overwritten.
Does it work with my shift pattern?
Choose 2 early / 2 late / 2 night / 4 rest, 4 on / 4 off, 5 on / 2 off, or enter your own cycle of up to 60 days. Overnight shifts and individual changes are supported.
Are my earnings exact?
They are gross planning estimates using your hours and rates. Tax, deductions, daylight-saving payroll rules and employer premiums are not calculated. Always check your payslip.
Where is my rota saved?
Guest data is saved in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data removes it, so download a backup from Settings. Account saves and household sync are explicit, not automatic.
Can I use CoverGap on my phone?
The web planner adapts to phone screens. An Android project exists in development; app-store availability and iOS release dates are not announced.
